After a tearful good-bye to Huntersville...we made our way by plane ride up to Michigan to start off our big move...excited but sad :-( Carson's best gal pal Ayla stopped by the night before we left to say farewell and drop off some special gifts.
Carson had a hard time leaving his friends and teachers at school...especially his very best buddy Sean! We are missing you Sean!
Traveling through the airport with Grandma...just the fun we needed to get our minds off leaving.
On the plane as we were taking off...both the kids did great and thank goodness Grandma was there because Mommy did not feel so great!
First stop back in Michigan...play date with baby Elle and Carson's buddy Luke! We are looking forward to spending lots of time with the Morin Family!
We have a major climber. Carson was nothing like Laney, he was and still is cautious. Laney is climbing on and over everything in sight and even jumping off the other ends. Bumps and bruises don't stop her she has no fear!
I swear this kid never sits down, but give him a chair and a plate of cookies and he will sit and just listen to nature and chat with Grandpa for nearly 30 minutes!
Carson woke up from his nap and Grandpa was out for a run...so he insisted on waiting for him outside :-) By himself.

Carson found lots of goody filled Easter eggs with Grandma in the backyard :-) He tried to stuff all the candy in his mouth as he went along...no saving any for later why would anyone ever do that?
Is there anything sweeter than Laney snuggling up to her brother while he watches TV? Really?
