We had a 16 day break from school so there was a lot of fun to be had after Christmas! Patrick and Laney met Ben and Ellie at MSU for a Women's Basketball Game! They even saw some of the players at dinner afterwards. Laney and Ellie see each other MAYBE once a year but they someone manage to be super close...kinda like their Momma's :-)
Using that snowboard sharpening kit he got for Christmas.
Carson volunteered to help recycle trees for Crew.

All the masks, all the skincare....I just don't get it but she loves it.
Squeezing in some time with my besties! While I was enjoying time in Rochester, the kids were with Patrick and my parents cheering on MSU hockey while they were playing in a tournament in Grand Rapids!
We took the kids to Crystal Mountain for the day.
Pizza House and a MSU Men's Basketball Game!
The FHC Orchestras, Bands, and Choirs all combined for a Holiday Show and it was one of the best things I've ever seen! So much joy and talent wrapped up in these kids, the things they can do at their ages is extraordinary. It was postponed until after the holidays because of a snow day and it was totally worth the wait.
And last, Laney made the middle school basketball team and she is all in on basketball right now! She's loving watching MSU women's basketball games on TV and cheering on Abby's sister Alivia at the high school games.
