Carson is 3...Laney is 4 months!

Last week we took our 4th big road trip in the new van...to Atlanta!  We got to visit with Aimee, Mark, Sarah, Lindsey, Jill, Dennis, and Avery!  Sarah and Lindsey took Carson for lots of rides on Aunt Nola's gator and we took the kids to the Georgia Aquarium for the day and really enjoyed the new dolphin show!   Mark gave Carson some V.I.P. treatment, taking him to Dominoes before they opened and letting him make his own pizza!  He had so much fun he was shaking as he was making his pizza and waiting for it to come out of the oven. 

August 11th we celebrated Carson's 3rd birthday and Laney's 4 month mark!  Patrick took Carson to Discovery Place Kids in the morning and then after nap time we had a "Cars" theme celebration with Grandma, Aunt Beth, Kate, and Mrs. Patton.  Carson had pizza, wore a hat, opened lots of gifts, blew out his candle and made a wish, and ate LOTS of cake...it was everything he had asked for.  Today, he asked me if it was going to be his birthday again in a couple of days :-)  Oh boy. 

Laney is doing tummy time every day and rolling over more and more.  We think she is close to rolling over from her back to her belly too.  Knock on wood, but Laney has started sleeping THROUGH THE NIGHT!  It has been the best gift!  I think we are 5 nights and counting...she falls asleep between 9-10pm and sleeps until 6 or 7am!  Keep it up Laney Kay!
