It's Beginning to Feel a lot like Winter!

Carson's preschool class went on a walking tour of downtown Ada for a fieldtrip and Mommy got to come along!  His favorite part that he still talks about all the time is that the hardware store gave all the kids a real key to keep.
Sitting on the big bear in his classroom, Carson says, "Mommy get a picture of this!".
 Reading to Laney...again :-)
Getting ready to run and jump on Mommy or Daddy's lap..who will they choose?  You just never know!
 Our little climber Laney.
Thank goodness Meijer has a horse to ride!

Carson loves this photo because of Lexi's eyes!  Lexi is kind of Carson's dog these days.  Carson has taken over the job of feeding her every day, he lets her in and out, and Lexi sleeps in Carson's room with him every night now.
Yep, we decorated...before Thanksgiving....that's right!  And Carson decorated the entire tree on his own...so no judging when you see all the ornaments are front and center.  Laney is doing pretty good adjusting to having the tree up.  This is the age that Carson pulled our tree down so we've been cautious.  She takes an ornament off daily but with her personality I thought she would have tried to climb the tree by now so we are doing good.
Laney's favorite...the dancing and singing Santa!
We went to Meijer Gardens to see Santa one night and at first sight Laney was smitten!  She kept her eye on Santa and kept trying to wave to him through the entire 10 minute line.  Then when it was finally her turn, she walked right up to him and bailed!  No Santa for her!
But Carson was ready to jump on that lap!
Cheese!  Next year we will dress up and get some fancy photos at the Meijer Garden Christmas Event.

Carson's first snowman of the season!  Look close it's small.  Carson used frozen blueberries for the eyes and a baby carrot for the nose.
