Muddiest soccer game EVER! This kid played his heart out in quick sand! It was like running through a pond. The ball barely moved when they kicked it. And his team had the most fun :-)
It's getting colder, so we are adding the Children's Museum back into our weekly lineup.

We have a new donut shop in Ada so we can't help but stop by on Saturday mornings after Laney's games. We can count on running into some teammates too!

Mommy went to the Garth Brooks concert with her best friends (whoop whoop!) so Daddy had a fun weekend with the kids. He sent me this photo from breakfast.

The kids had a half day of school so we headed to Kalamazoo for the afternoon! We spent the day at the Air Zoo and then dinner at Bells.
Evie did the first ride and then only wanted to be a waving spectator after that. She did end up trying one more right at the end but she was very happy just watching her brother and sister enjoy the rides.
And we of course had to celebrate Maeve turning two! Everson has been singing the Happy Birthday song to Maeve for weeks so it was a long awaited day.
Trunk or Treat! Maeve has the cutest chicken costume but she was not even thinking about putting that thing on. Evie was so happy to get candy, like seriously SO HAPPY. She yells, "Halloween!" every time she sees a pumpkin or skeleton or any type of decoration.
Laney is always mothering Maeve and Evie. She's quite the big sister and cousin.
Look at this guy! He picked THIS costume. A werewolf. This kid has been scared of wolves since I can remember. He still is terrified of wolves. He loves this costume. He also won't let me hang it in his closet. As a matter of fact, he has me hide it somewhere downstairs where he doesn't know where it is because otherwise he said he'd be too scared of it. Carson...you are really something.
Only two days until Halloween! We gotta get these pumpkins carved!
Evie again loved watching the kids, did not want to touch any pumpkin goo, and was way more interested in her "stinky toes" than anything with the pumpkins.
Halloween 2018...we are officially ready for you!
