Summer, Don't Go!

Time for our day of fun with Peri!  Ada Park, donuts, John Ball Zoo, and more fun at home!

Laney's last Girl Scouts hurrah!  The sun has set on this fun Girl Scouts group but I'm sure these friendships will last a lifetime.

Getting in our last rounds of golf for the season before school starts back up!

Happy 15th birthday to Carson!

New golf clubs this year!

I figured Carson didn't need a scavenger hunt this year with his being so old, but Evie was NOT having it.  She created a whole scavenger hunt full of clues just for him.  I loved it.

Carson's last birthday wish was to take the dogs to the dog park!  It was a fun day.

Grandma and Grandpa kept the kiddos while I flew to Houston, TX to meet Dierks Bentley!  We got a meet and greet and then a very private concert all put on by Beatbox!  It was pretty amazing.

In other news, Laney went ice skating with a friend, as she walked out the door my Mom gut was screaming that she was going to come back with a broken bone, and to no surprise she cracked her elbow.  She got lucky and healed up in just a few weeks and was able to tryout for volleyball on the very last tryout date.  Just.  In.  Time.  Whew!

Laney took Evie on a walk to downtown Ada and treated her to a cinnamon roll at our local coffee shop.  She didn't even tell me they were doing it.  It was pretty cool, especially for Evie!
Last Farmers Market for the season.  So sad to see it go!

The first day of school came way too soon, as usual.  Good-bye summer!
Morning jitter juice with her favorite first grade teacher, Mrs. Morin.

First home game for FHC!

Going to the first home MSU football game of the season is one of our favorite traditions!

We said our sad good-bye to summer officially after squeezing in a day at Uncle Tom's cottage.  Well here we go, winter is coming.
