For Father's Day we took Patrick to the West Michigan White Caps game. We got to go on the field pre-game and see some of the players and mascots. We had great seats that the kids made it in for about 2 innings and then we spend another 2 innings on the lawn. Carson was interested mostly in the food and "horn" they kept playing. His quote of the day was, "I don't like this game...but I do like the horn they keep playing.". He did end up deciding he wanted to play the game, just not watch it so much :-) We only made it 4 innings total considering it was naptime and very hot, but all in all it was a fun day!
This is a picture from the carpool line at the farm preschool camp Carson went to last week. It was SO COOL! We drove under the Billy Goats every morning and watched them eat while we went through the drop off line. Carson got to take care of the animals, feed them, ride a horse, brush and wash a horse (Daisy was her name), and play in a classroom that's in a barn!
It's hard to get Carson out of his new bathrobe after bath time, he loves it!
She actually SAT in a CHAIR for over 10 minutes, it was amazing :-)

Captain Carson is at it again! We invaded Uncle Tom and Aunt Dawns cottage on the lake last weekend and Carson was in heaven! He swam, drove the boat, and even fished a little! This kid LOVES the lake...and he LOVES Uncle Tom and Aunt Dawn :-)
Laney still hates wearing a life jacket, she makes a fun boat ride pretty miserable on herself...but she sure does love getting dirty on shore and eating lots of sand and dirt! What a mess!
Carson's 1st butterfly!!! Grandma got Carson a butterfly net and he spent hours chasing butterflies in their backyard. He is quite the hunter! Amazingly he caught one on his own and was so proud. Don't worry he let it go free :-)
