Summer is out, School is in!

 We found this gem of a park just up the street from us last week...how did I not notice it before?!

It even has a cool fountain like the one we had in Charlotte!

 Last hooray before school starts!  We took a beach trip a little closer to home to Millenium Park in Grand Rapids with Grandma and Grandpa on Labor Day Weekend.  We also went to Patrick's Aunt Donna's and Uncle Dwight's house and spent an afternoon at their lake as well!

 Laney and Carson even got Grandma in the spray park!

 Laney got chilly when the sun went behind a cloud so she took a break on the hot concrete to warm up and dry off!  All her idea.

 Carson started first grade!  Tear, tear.  He was excited to go and got right on the bus all smiles...totally different from last year that's for sure!  We are on day three and still all smiles.  We are hoping for a great year.  Laney CAN'T WAIT to start preschool next week.  She was ready to get on the bus with Carson on his first day!

 Was sent a couple more pics from Aunt Kate's wedding...I'm pretty sure Laney is looking for Uncle Blake.
