Santa is the Best!

 Christmas gingerbread house making with Madison and Max!  Laney either didn't get the concept or didn't care...90% of the frosting and candy went into her mouth.  Probably her favorite activity ever.

 Christmas Eve started off at Founders!  Carson looked like such a little man all dressed up for church I couldn't help not sneaking some pics of him from across the table.

 

 Daddy even gave the kids a sneak peek back where the beer magic happens.  After Founders, the four of us went to church and then met back up with Auntie and Uncle Adam at Grandma and Grandpa's!  What a fun day!

 Christmas morning the kids actually slept in until 7:45am or so which was not what we expected but a very nice gift!

 Carson ended up riding his new bike outside for couple hours on Christmas day since it was so nice and sunny!  And then we got some ice and snow a couple days later and he was able to try out his snowboard too!

 Laney did a lot of screaming and shouting, "Santa is the best!".  There is a video of her when she opens her princess dolls.  It was pretty much the same for every gift she got.

 A couple days after Christmas we got to spend the day at Grandma and Grandpa Brang's for a Schultz family celebration!  The kids had fun playing with their second cousins and we got to meet adorable baby Lily for the first time!

 The kids got to go back and have a sleepover with Grandma and Grandpa Brang later in the week too!

 Carson dressed Lexi up in his CLEAN underwear and took a photo.  Boys.

 Patrick took the week after Christmas off so we had time to do some fun things together!  One day we took the kids swimming at the aquatic center.

 Carson is still swimming on his own and Laney is well on her way.

                                      

 Best buds :-)  The night the kids slept over at Grandma and Grandpa Brang's house, Lexi stood at the top of the stairs by Carson's room and just cried and cried.  I think she thought we forgot the kids somewhere.

 Another day we went bowling with Grandma and Grandpa!  Mommy had to beat Daddy because he was getting a little too confident :-)  Laney throws the ball down hard and watches as it creeps down the lane.  Then, no matter how many, if any, pins she knocks down she turns around all smiles and does a happy dance!

 Carson, on the other hand, really keeps track and really tries to knock all those pins down himself!  He ended up getting a spare!

3...2...1...Happy New Year!  With real fancy glasses and "spicy juice".
