The kids are so excited that she is "playing"!
Evie kissed Carson and he was just beside himself.
My Dad met me and the three kids at Meijer Gardens to check out the butterflies during Spring Break. Thank goodness he went because it was a crowded mess! Carson grabbed a booklet and started reading and looking for specific butterflies by himself right away. He even went and asked a worker some questions about butterflies on his own. What a little man!
Carson took my phone around and got some great shots of the butterflies. Maybe photography is in his future :-)
Grandma and Grandpa Brang had the kids come to Flint to for a sleepover on Spring Break too! They went up to the Children's Museum in Saginaw to meet their cousin Eliana and had a blast! Then they went out to eat at Applebee's before heading back and playing cards at Grandma and Grandpa's. What a fun night!
Lexi has been very protective over Evie, no surprise. She comes to get me when Evie starts making noises from the other room as she wakes up. And she lays by her or whoever is holding her most of the time. Evie was kicking Lexi in the head in this picture and she didn't budge.
Happy Girl!
Grandma and Carson helped with her first sponge bath!
Next up at the end of Spring Break was Laney's birthday party! We had Grandma and Grandpa, Nana, Auntie and Uncle Adam, Aunt Sarah and Uncle Blake, Grandma and Grandpa Brang, and our nieghbors the Yost family!
Laney was spoiled rotten with all her gifts and all the love everyone gave her.
4 generations!
Carson was at his poker chip creations again...and it stunned me AGAIN! How does he think of these things? And everything was so even and equal too. Very impressive.
Look at these two! I can't....I just can't even.
Look at our Evie go! She's lifting her head and enjoying her tummy time at just under 2 weeks old!
We had a nice dinner of hot dogs and french fries with Grandma, Grandpa, and Nana to finish up the birthday celebrations.
There's the cake doll...back in the cake....again.
