Middle Little is 5!

 We got to celebrate Will's birthday with him...at none other than Chuck E. Cheese!

 Laney got to wear the class CROWN the day before her birthday at school.  It was very EXCITING!

 Birthday's start with breakfast in bed at our house.  Carson started that tradition a few years ago.  This year Laney was so excited she couldn't wait up in her room for us so she waited for us in our room instead.  I don't think that there is anyone who loves their birthday more than Laney.

 After breakfast in bed we followed up with lunch and cupcakes at Founders!  She even got to go upstairs and get some candy from Daddy's coworkers.

 Then, as soon as Carson got off that bus, we picked up Laney's two best friends and headed to Chuck E. Cheese for games.

 Next up, dinner at home along with a treasure hunt, sundae bar, and pinata!

 This Mom was TIRED that night.  Laney had so much fun but she couldn't wait for the weekend when she got to have her family birthday party.  It was the most exciting week to follow all the fun at Disney!

 So sleepy, I think I'll just curl up and snooze right here on Laney's back.

 Laney invited Nana to her birthday party a couple months ago.  She was our special guest of honor!

Laney was telling Eliana a ghost story using her flashlight.

 The next morning was Easter...I mean, could things get any better this week?

 Grandma and Grandpa Brang slept over after Laney's party and went to Easter Sunday church with us!  The kids even got to do a little egg hunting after the service.

Then, back at home, the Easter bunny had left some eggs outside for the kids as well. 

 Matching dresses...YES PLEASE!

We finished up Easter with dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's house along with Nana.  In three weeks time we had Evie's birthday, DisneyWorld, Laney's birthday, and Easter.  It's going to be a while before Laney comes down from the high she is on.  Last night when I was tucking her in she asked me what holiday was next and asked how many days we have until Halloween.  Too many days to start counting now!  What can I say about my 5 year old?  She loves LIFE to the fullest.  She's a natural sharer and the best friend anyone could ask for.  She's got the biggest heart and yet she's tough and strong.  Laney, you make us so proud.
