Candy, Cake, and More Candy!

We kick started Halloween the night before at Nanna's place for their "Haunting at the Hills"!  The kids got more than their fair share!  Evie really got the hang of sticking her bucket out and watching a piece of candy fall in.  She also wanted to eat each piece along the way as well.  No patience there.

The day of Halloween Patrick took the day off to help out in Carson's class for their party and I got to help out in Laney's class!  This is Carson in the Annual Thornapple Elementary Halloween Parade!

Laney's kindergarten class - you can barely see her she's way in the back.
These are the only  pics I got of the kids trick-or-treating that night.  We had a big party in our garage before the trick-or-treating began with about 60 people from our neighborhood.  I think we went through 54 hot dogs.  We love our neighborhood!
Thankfully Grandma and Grandpa were there to help as well, because our three kids went in 3 different directions at 3 different paces!  It was all hands on deck to keep up with them and pass out candy too!
Laney found a way to get in to see baby Nicolette before the night was over.

 Bring on the Thanksgiving decorations!
Evie's first time meeting her baby cousins!  She was totally obsessed with those cuties.  She's kissing little Oliver here.

The kids loved spending the day with Eliana and Addie for Eliana's birthday!

These two are going to have so much fun together!

The kids got to run around and play with their cousins, paint, have a silly string fight, and eat lots of cake!  What a fun day!

Twinsies!  When your adorable daughter actually WANTS to look lik you, you do it!  This was all Laney's idea and I loved every minute of it!  So sweet.
 Filing their nails :-)
